R.I.P Gary Tynes

Last week on March 13, 2008 I lost my best friend from my childhood. We were great friends growin up. He was like the brother I never had. We would do lots of things togethere get into trouble, ride bikes, go skatin, party, and many more things. One of my biggest angers from it is that we drifted apart after the 9th grade. I don’t understand why he took his own life at only 17 years old all over a girl. He was one of those guys that anyone could like him he always had a smile on his face and was always in a happy mood and was just the life of the party. I don’t think there was anyone out there that didn’t like him. He could make anyone smile. Gary theres just so much to say about you and we all miss you and love you so much and I know your lifin life after death. Peace & Love. R.I.P Bro we will never forget you.

Why You Shouldnt Play WOW

It will take over your life and you will not want to do anything else but play WOW. If you have any other friends that don’t play WOW say good bye to them and not doing anything with them anymore. You will have no more personal life and be stuck on the computer all the time paying money every month to play a really gay game that will kill you.

Story of my first football years.

I live in a semi small town thats a pretty boring place to live. I’m still in high school and I’ll be a senior next year. I’m really looking forward to going to college and trying to play football for any college I could play for. I have been playing football on a team sense I was about 10 years old. I was not able to play when I was in the 4th grade because they said i was to big to play for my age group and it would be to hard for me to go up and play for the age group that I would fit in with the size I was. So they made me sit out for that year but I would still go and watch the practices so i would know how to do everything that they were learning how to do so i wouldn’t be behind when i was able to play. After I was able to play I already knew how to do a lot of the things that they were learning about so I was always trying to help out and show them how to do things when they needed help. We never had the best football team tell my last year in elementary school. We took 2nd out of the all the schools it was a pretty good season. One we started Jr. high we had a really good team and we only lost one game but it didn’t really count as a lose because they weren’t in our conference. We took first in our conference that year. Then when we started 8th grade we still had almost everyone back that was on the team before so we were still a pretty strong team. We ended up winning the conference again that year too. About a week before we started our freshman season I tore my ACL and i had to sit out for about half the season. I didn’t have to have surgery to fix it but after my freshman year we started our JV year and later that year about half way throw the season I re tore my ACL and had to have surgery on it this time to fix it. So i had to sit out and watch another football season on the sideline. I did rehab and worked out to get my knee strong again so I could play varsity the next year. The next year started and I had made the varsity starting O-line. I was pretty happy about that and I would still have problems with my knee but i would still play on it to make it stronger as time went on. We had a really good season and we ended up 9 and 4 we only lost 3 games in the pre season and the regular season. We went on and won the conference and were 1st seat in the playoffs so we had a home game for our first playoff game we won the game 3 to 0 it was a really really close game. Then we had to travel up to northern Idaho to play a team to try and go on to the state championship. We won that game 21 to 7 so we were going to the big show. We had to travel again to play the championship game but it wasn’t as far this time. We ended up losing our quarterback in the game before the state championship game. The only guy behind him for QB is a freshman. So his first varsity start was in the championship game. We ended up losing the game 41 to 24. It was still a really good season but we were still disappointed that we lost. We only lost about 8 seinors but we have guys right behind them that are just as good or if not better. So this next year coming up should have about the same outcome if not even better with winning the state game.

What is a good work out plan to use for football?

I’m am trying to find a really good work out plan for a lineman to get bigger, faster, and stronger for next years football season.

Last year we went to the state championship but the other team was way bigger then us and we had a hard time trying to win. We ended up losing the state game but it gave us a of more motivation to work harder for next years season. We didn’t lose that many of key players but we did lose a few linemen that didn’t have any players behind them to take there spot. The only guys we have to replace them are 10th graders and they are really small guys. So we need a good training work out plan to use that can make them better players and also help us out too.
